Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the design, development, and construction of tenant improvement and facilities projects for a client account. You will coordinate with client, facility management, brokers, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Responsibilities include leading project meetings, maintaining schedules, and producing reports for stakeholders. Travel up to 35% may be required; strong MS Project and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• B.S degree in related fields preferred.
• Seven to ten years of directly related project management and/or construction experience.
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects; ability to read and understand construction specifications and drawings.
• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate multiple projects; maintain client relations and provide guidance to stakeholders.
• Willing/able to travel up to 35% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve issues and problems.
• Schedule and lead project meetings; prepare agendas and maintain master budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate project reports and reviews for clients and facility management teams.
• Oversee consultants and construction teams; manage contracts and work scopes (SOWs) for RFPs.
• Advise management on scope, design, schedule, and cost changes; manage risk to successful project completion.
