Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, design, development, and construction activities for assigned projects, coordinating with clients, facility management, transaction teams, and vendors to deliver high‑quality real estate solutions.

This role manages scope, schedule, budget and quality, provides regular updates to leadership and clients, and relies on strong Microsoft Project and Excel skills to build schedules and track costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field preferred.
• 4–7 years of related project management experience.
• Experience with TI, capital improvements, or renovations preferred.
• Knowledge of schedules and budgeting practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through planning, design, construction, and closeout.
• Lead meetings, agendas, action tracking, and decision-making.
• Develop schedules and budgets; track costs and progress.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality meet objectives.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and clients.
