Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Manager within Project & Development Services in the United States. The role oversees project execution through construction completion, supports market leadership in establishing best practices, and ensures alignment with client goals.

The candidate should bring strong project management, budget control, scheduling, and vendor negotiation experience, with a background in architecture/engineering or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Admin or related field.
• Advanced project management skills essential.
• Strong analytical and client-relations abilities necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, cash flow and cost reports.
• Develop and manage the Master Project Schedule and track progress against critical path.
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs for vendors and contractors for the project.
• Guide design implementation through short to medium term planning.
• Lead kickoff meetings with stakeholders to align responsibilities.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor/contractor performance.
• Interface with client staff, property managers and vendors.
• Demonstrate proficiency in applicable PDS technology and tools.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field
