Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Project & Development Services in Washington, DC. You will lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients and facilities management to deliver complex projects.

The role requires extensive experience in engineering/construction project management and includes supervising other project staff while ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years directly related experience in engineering/construction project accountability.
• A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and management.
• Assist in the selection and contracting of consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices; advise the management team.
• Directly participate in marketing and presentation of services to clients.
• May supervise Project Managers, Space Planners, and CAD Operators.
• Provide documentation and reports to the client and management teams.
• Collaborate with building/facility personnel to meet quality, service, and cost goals.
• Report major problems with recommendations to senior management.
• Prepare approvals for organizational changes and expenditures above budget.
• May set goals and supervise sub-units; may hire and train subordinates.
