Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Roseland, NJ seeks a Sr. Project Manager to oversee project setup and execution through construction completion for a client account or portfolio.

Responsibilities include managing budgets and schedules, leading meetings, coordinating consultants and builders, preparing reports, and ensuring delivery aligns with best practices and client expectations to protect the firm’s reputation.

You will mentor project staff and contribute to strategic initiatives with leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity, developing employees.
• Experience within the construction industry.
• History in client relations, client management, contract negotiations and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the project strategy development with Directors and executes within the unit and client.
• Manages project costs, schedule, risks and scope, and develops charter and execution plan.
• Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, maintain budgets and timelines for each project phase.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and reviews for clients and management at all project phases.
• Assist in the selection and contracting of consultants and construction teams as needed.
• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices; advise management.
• Participate in marketing and presentation of services to clients.
• Provide documentation and reports to the client and facilities team.
