Job summary

King Rose Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager for commercial interiors in New York City. You will oversee planning, execution and delivery of complex interior projects, ensuring budgets, schedules and quality targets are met.

The role requires a track record of leading teams, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and applying strong knowledge of construction processes and codes. A senior professional with 15+ years in the field is ideal.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial interior construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial construction projects in New York City.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution and completion of commercial interior construction projects.
• Manage project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular project updates.
• Lead and mentor project teams including PMs, superintendents and subcontractors.
• Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.
• Identify and address potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely milestones.
• Provide leadership and oversight for select projects.
