Job summary

Rosendin seeks a Project Executive to lead strategic and day-to-day operations for Construction, Project Management and Project Administration on high-profile projects. You will oversee budgets, timelines and profitability, and help implement corporate policies to achieve goals.

You will supervise project teams, manage relationships with clients and vendors, and drive safe, high-quality project delivery across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, structural engineering, or related field.
• PE license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for client management, procedural issues, financials and workforce planning.
• Manage workload, development and client development skills of project management staff.
• Maintain positive client relations with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors with focus on safety, quality, service and profitability.
• Initiate and document a quality project startup meeting for projects.
• Manage strategic partner subcontractor and vendor relationships including timely payments.
• Conduct monthly project reviews to ensure schedules, quality, safety and profitability.
• Analyze personnel availability and assign to meet project needs.
• Assist PMs and Superintendents with issue resolution.
• Manage customer relations and change order negotiations.
• Represent company/project in client and subcontractor meetings; participate in senior management meetings.
• Schedule and document project closeout meetings and verify data sheets/photos with client consent.
