Cumming Group is seeking a Project Manager II to lead multi-project efforts and complex tenant-improvement initiatives in Seattle for a high-profile, e-commerce client. The role emphasizes coordinating scope, cost, and schedule with strong client-facing responsibilities.

You will drive project planning, value engineering, and stakeholder management, ensuring adherence to client goals and design standards while coordinating with cost management and design teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction management.
• Experience planning, managing, and coordinating all aspects of multiple projects (scope, cost, schedule).
• Preferred CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED certifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Perform value engineering to identify savings and substitutions.
• Lead on-site stakeholders and develop the Project Management Plan and budget.
• Oversight of contract scope, budget reconciliation, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate design management, procurement strategies, construction, and closeout.
• Manage entitlement processes and client communications.
