Cumming Group is seeking a Project Manager II in New York, NY, to manage multiple projects with a focus on tenant improvements and high-profile clients. The role involves leading a PM team, coordinating cost, scope, and schedule, and delivering value through strategic planning and on-site leadership.

The candidate will work with a PM team on client-facing projects, coordinating design, procurement, construction, and closeout while ensuring alignment with the client’s goals and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in construction, CM, engineering, QS, architecture, or related field.
• Certifications CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED preferred; relevant licensure valued.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value engineer to identify savings and substitutions.
• Manage on-site stakeholders and client communications.
• Prepare project management plan and fee budget/proposal at outset.
• Evaluate documents and translate client goals to the project team.
• Develop action plans and project controls to meet client needs.
• Coordinate with cost management for estimates, cost studies, and budget reviews.
• Oversee entitlement process and drive project procedures and processes.
