Cumming Group is seeking a Project Manager I to support a high-profile e-commerce tenant improvement project on-site in Seattle with a global client. You will lead project teams, manage scope, schedule, and cost, and ensure client objectives are met through proactive planning and effective stakeholder communication.

Ideal candidates bring a BS in a related field and 4+ years of PM/engineering/construction experience, plus CCM/PMP/PE/AIA/LEED certifications.

Qualifications

• Prepare project management plans and fee/budget proposals.
• Develop and drive action plans.
• Monitor scope throughout the project and recommend adjustments when necessary.
• Prepare cost and revenue projections.
• Knowledge of permitting process and ability to drive the process to meet project timelines.
• Utilize effective written and oral communication skills.
• Understand how your role contributes to the organization's goals.
• Deliver quality work product by role modeling organizational core values.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value Engineer the project by identifying opportunities for savings and ensuring material substitutions are equal.
• Communicate with and manage project stakeholders.
• Prepare Project Management plan and fee budget/proposal at the project outset.
• Evaluate documents and communicate the client's specific goals and expectations to all project team members.
• Develop and communicate action plans that will lead the project team throughout the project.
• Re-evaluate the contract scope of work as the project progresses and adjust as necessary.
• Coordinate with cost management for cost estimates, budget reconciliation.
• Organize and maintain framework for project team processes and document control.
• Drive the permitting process by submitting documents to agencies and ensuring timely permits.
