Cumming Group is seeking a Project Manager I to join on-site in Seattle, supporting a high-profile tenant-improvement program for a marquee client. You will plan, manage, and coordinate scope, schedule, and cost while communicating with project stakeholders and driving value.

Required: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS or related field and 4+ years in project management or construction management; certifications such as CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and managing project schedules, scope and costs.
• Ability to communicate with clients and project teams effectively.
• Experience with cost estimates, budgets and revenue projections.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value engineer the project by identifying savings opportunities.
