Cumming Group is seeking a Project Manager I to join our Seattle team, overseeing tenant improvement projects for a high-profile client. You will plan, track, and control scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating with a cross-functional project team in a fast-paced, client-facing role.

The role emphasizes value engineering, cost projection, and ensuring design management aligns with client standards. Strong communication and organization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
• CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED are preferred certifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Prepare Project Management plan and fee budget/proposal at project outset.
• Communicate with and manage project stakeholders.
• Develop action plans to guide the project team through execution.
• Re-evaluate contract scope and adjust as necessary to meet client goals.
• Coordinate with cost management for cost estimates, cost studies, and budget reconciliation.
• Drive permitting process and ensure timely submissions to agencies.
