Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee tenant improvement projects for a global e-commerce client on-site in Seattle. You will coordinate the project team, manage scope, cost, and schedule, and interact directly with the client to ensure objectives are met.

Ideal candidates have a BS in a related field and 4+ years in PM, engineering, or construction management, with CCM/PMP/PE/AIA/LEED certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
• CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Drive permitting processes by designing team documents for local, state, and federal agencies.
• Develop and communicate action plans for the project team.
• Prepare cost and revenue projections and budget reconciliation.
• Communicate with and manage project stakeholders.
