Job summary

Stantec's Plymouth, Minnesota office is seeking a Project Manager to safely lead multi-discipline teams in delivering capital projects from front-end planning through closeout. You will own scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, safety, and client communication, coordinating across engineering and design disciplines.

The role requires a minimum of 15 years of industry experience, including 7 years in PM, with strong leadership, proposal development, and client relationship skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in engineering or construction, with at least 7 years in project management.
• Experience across multiple stages of project execution.
• Proven success delivering large, complex, multi-discipline projects.
• Strong written, verbal, and client-focused communication.
• Familiarity with Front-End Loading or similar stage-gate process.
• Ability to lead geographically distributed teams.
