Job summary

You will act as the primary interface between Stantec, the client, and project stakeholders, guiding work plans, schedules, and budgets across multiple disciplines. • Bachelor-level or higher engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive project work by setting priorities, scope and schedule and coordinating team assignments.
• Manage projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
• Follow established company processes and procedures.
• Lead kick-off meetings and clearly communicate objectives, scope, design and schedule.
• Develop detailed Work Plans and track precursors, data and deliverables for proper documentation.
• Coordinate and support team to meet client satisfaction and profitability goals.
• Maintain project records and update stakeholders on financial status.
