A B.S. in Civil Engineering and 8+ years of experience are required, with Minnesota P.E. preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in the design of civil infrastructure.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Client Service, Development, Management, and Growth.
• Attend client meetings during workday and evenings, if requested.
• Identify opportunities and pursuits for new work.
• Develop projects and manage delivery.
• Mentor and empower team members.
• Execute and manage complex civil engineering designs.
• Serve as technical design expert and supervise junior staff.
• Plan and manage projects to meet time and budget constraints.
• Supervise Engineers, Technologists, and Designers.
