Terracon is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead large-scale engineering, environmental, or geotechnical projects in Fort Worth, TX. You will manage scope, schedule, budgets, and coordinate with clients to achieve project goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires driving performance, mentoring staff, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery within contracted scope and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Geology with at least 10 years' experience (14 years’ experience if no degree).
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, complex projects meeting scope, schedule and budget.
• Define project scope, schedule and budget with clients.
• Coordinate client and stakeholders to align goals.
• Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
• Lead safety programs and ensure compliance with safety plans.
• Forecast expenditures and manage resources and contracts.
• Prepare reports and communicate project status to team and client.
• Coach project staff and coordinate with departments to secure resources.
