Job summary

Terracon is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex engineering projects in the fields of facilities, environmental, or geotechnical services. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The role demands a Bachelor's in a technical discipline or equivalent experience, 10+ years in the field (or 14 years without a degree), active PE/PG preferred, and strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 10+ years’ related experience, or 14+ years without a degree.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a large scale and complex project.
• Define scope, schedule, and budget with the client.
• Lead interactions with client and stakeholders to align goals.
• Develop and implement a project plan and resources.
• Ensure safety and compliance with approved plans.
• Coordinate with departments and external vendors or contractors.
• Prepare reports and communicate project status internally and to clients.
