Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 8–11 years of engineering experience.
• Master’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety efforts for the team and ensure safety rules are followed.
• Provide continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects.
• Ensure consistent quality standards on project and proposal delivery.
• Develop understanding of project-related risk and protect the Company.
• Provide technical direction for production and completion of both routine and complex projects.
• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate engineering work.
• Review projects using complex investigation techniques and formulate recommendations in reports.
• Lead technical training and marketing/business development.
• Supervise less experienced engineers or technical staff.
• Serve as a Terracon Authorized Project Reviewer.
