Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision manage a small project, or one phase of a large project.
• Lead safety efforts including preparation and compliance with approved safety plan.
• Coordinate the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project.
• Estimate costs, resources, and time to complete the assigned phase and monitor progress.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare reports to communicate status to client and team.
• Set priorities and assign tasks to meet targets and milestones.
• Ensure work delivered is within contracted scope and budget.
