MultiPro Property Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and completion of a portfolio of complex and high-volume multi-family projects. You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and owners while ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards across 25–40 active projects.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive construction knowledge, and experience managing multi-site renovations and capital expenditures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience on multi-site complex construction, renovation, or make-ready projects.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects from planning through closeout.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects—from initiation to closeout using scheduling tools to ensure scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Manage a high-volume portfolio of 25–40 WIP projects or recurring turnovers across properties.
• Enforce safety programs and compliance with OSHA and building codes; manage security protocols for sensitive environments.
• Oversee WIP, budgets, forecasts, and progress payments; coordinate change orders and documentation.
