Job summary

Ajax Building Company, part of the STO Building Group, seeks a driven Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will partner with field leadership, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and engineers, while actively managing project performance, cost, and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Advanced interpersonal, communicative, and organizational skills.
• General Contractor License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project execution with field teams and subcontractors to meet schedule and budget.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk across the lifecycle.
• Serve as primary contact for owners, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.
• Review performance reports to manage cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Audit and monitor project activities from contract to closeout.
