Job summary

Ajax Building Company, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of complex construction projects in the Atlanta region. You will coordinate field leadership, subcontractors, and project stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will serve as the primary contact for owners, architects, and engineers, driving performance and financial success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• General Contractor license preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire and supervise project personnel and subcontractors.
• Develop project budgets and schedules; monitor time, cost, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers as primary contact.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
