Ajax Building Company is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role reports to the Project Executive and requires leadership across field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will serve as the primary contact for owners, architects, and engineers while actively managing project performance, cost, and risk to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• General Contractor License preferred.
• Strong understanding of industry practices and trends and their impact on the corporation.
• Advanced interpersonal, communicative, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Hire, lead, develop, and manage project personnel in alignment with policies and project needs.
• Lead overall project execution, coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget.
• Establish and implement project operating procedures to drive consistency and efficiency.
• Oversee development and management of project budgets and schedules, ensuring accuracy and proactive risk management.
• Review and analyze project performance reports to manage cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
