You will own projects from bidding through closeout and serve as the primary client contact, guiding multidisciplinary teams to successful delivery.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and contracts, with a focus on safety, quality, and staying within budget.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial construction project management.
• Ability to independently lead complex projects.
• Experience in multifamily, healthcare, hospitals, laboratories, life sciences, or science and technology sectors.
• Understanding of preconstruction, estimating, bidding, constructability reviews, scheduling, and execution.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, subcontractors, procurement, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and oversee all phases from bidding through closeout.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Oversee budgets, estimating, bidding, subcontractor pricing, and cost controls.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; manage procurement and submittals.
• Review owner and subcontractor agreements and manage contractual obligations.
• Serve as primary client contact and build trusted relationships.
• Mentor team members and promote accountability, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee project delivery and ensure completion per contract and client requirements.
