Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience assisting or supervising construction projects of increasing complexity.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities and teams.
• Experience developing accurate project estimates and pricing reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute project work plans and revise as needed.
• Identify resources and assign responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day operations and scope of projects.
• Develop cost-effective plans and schedules to optimize resource use.
• Review deliverables and ensure quality before client delivery.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with plans and regulations.
• Manage project budget, track expenses, and minimize risk.
• Report progress to owners and architects and adjust plans as necessary.

Education

Graduate of a four-year degree in Engineering/Construction Management/Construction Science
