Job summary

Layton Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Utah to lead large, complex projects, supervise other Project Managers, and ensure performance aligns with contract documents and owner expectations.

You will guide project teams, develop PMP, budgets, and schedules, participate in pre-construction planning, value engineering, subcontractor negotiations, and ensure safety, quality, and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field.
• Minimum eight years project management experience on mission-critical construction projects.
• Strong ability to manage complex projects and delegate to team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large or complex projects and supervise other PMs.
• Develop PMP and project budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Negotiate prime contracts and manage change orders.
• Ensure adherence to contract documents, safety, quality, and owner expectations.
