Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field.
• Minimum eight years project management experience in Mission Critical construction projects.
• Strong ability to manage complex projects and delegate to team members.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
• Understanding of estimating concepts, bids, change orders, and contracts.
• Knowledge of building codes, plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Integrity and adherence to ethics and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Champions Layton Way to deliver predictable outcomes for internal teams, external teams, and customers.
• Ensure safety, quality, and integrity in all work.
• Lead project delivery with Senior Superintendent to strengthen client relationships.
• Supervise project teams, provide guidance on management techniques and compliance.
• Manage project costs, profits, and change orders; coordinate with cost accounting.
• Assist in estimates and prepare project budgets; lead PM plans and value engineering.
• Coordinate subcontracts, permits, and close-out procedures; ensure timely completion.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and schedule performance.
• Oversee procurement, materials, and equipment within budget and schedule.
