Körber Pharma Packaging AG is seeking a seasoned project/program manager to oversee high-technology machinery projects in the pharma space. You will manage milestones, budgets, staffing, and customer interfaces to ensure on-time delivery and FAT readiness.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline is preferred.
• Experience delivering high-technology machinery in pharma, biotech or regulated industries.
• Demonstrated leadership and clear verbal/written communication.
• Understanding of project management processes and tools.
• Familiarity with engineering processes and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary customer interface for project execution functions.
• Create and maintain all schedule milestones and monitor budgets.
• Provide project status updates to management and ensure FAT readiness.
• Coordinate change requests and staffing with department managers.
• Support selling process and regional sales managers with PM expertise.
• Oversee multi-area program management and IEC/ISO9001 compliance.
