Job summary

Urban Strategies in Fayetteville, NC seeks a Senior Project Manager to plan and direct all aspects of the People Implementation Strategy for the City of Fayetteville and CNI Grant. You will build strong relationships with schools, service providers, civic leaders, and public agencies to drive housing and neighborhood initiatives.

The role requires strategic leadership, project and budget management, and the ability to work across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Masters preferred; Bachelor's required.
• Excellent written and oral communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate group processes and lead teams.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven program design.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct all aspects of the People Implementation Strategy for the CNI Grant.
• Establish relationships with partners and clients (schools, service providers, civic leaders).
• Monitor sub-contractors and progress toward program objectives.
• Prepare reports and support program evaluation.
• Travel and occasional night/weekend work as needed.
