Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Fayetteville seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive corporate real estate and capital improvement programs from planning through completion. You will lead complex projects, coordinate architects and contractors, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget, acting as a trusted advisor for senior client stakeholders.

You will mentor junior team members, prepare budgets and reports, and maintain strong client relationships while supporting strategic capital planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in commercial real estate, corporate occupier, construction, owner's representative, or consulting.
• Experience leading large, complex capital improvement, workplace, renovation, infrastructure, or facility projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and consultant management knowledge.
• Experience presenting updates and business cases to senior leadership.
• PMP, CCM, or similar certification preferred.
• On-site requirements may change based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients through project lifecycle.
• Lead multiple concurrent capital projects and programs, including renovations and workplace initiatives.
• Manage projects from initiation to closeout, aligning with client objectives.
• Lead planning: scope, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Develop budgets, schedules, forecasts, risk registers, and executive reports.
• Monitor performance and mitigate risks affecting cost, schedule or quality.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate status, risks, milestones to stakeholders.
