Job summary

Urban Strategies seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the People Implementation Strategy for the City of Fayetteville and Fayetteville Metropolitan Housing Authority’s Choice Neighborhoods Initiative Grant. You will build durable partnerships with schools, service providers, civic leaders and public agencies to meet program goals.

Responsibilities include supervising partnerships, tracking outcomes, and ensuring housing stability goals alongside the housing management team.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to facilitate group processes and lead teams.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct all aspects of the People Implementation Strategy for the CNI Grant.
• Establish relationships with schools, service providers, civic leaders, and agencies.
• Oversee sub-contractors and partners across private, nonprofit and public sectors.
