Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to support corporate real estate and capital improvement projects in the Greater Fayetteville area. The ideal candidate will act as trusted advisor and owner's representative, leading complex projects from planning through completion while ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality and client objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Business or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in CRE, corporate occupier, construction, or consulting.
• Experience leading large capital improvement, workplace or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycle.
• Lead multiple concurrent capital projects and programs, including renovations and infrastructure.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and contracts.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, risk registers, and executive reporting.
• Monitor performance and mitigate risks affecting cost or schedule.
• Lead governance and change management with client approvals.
• Mentor junior project managers and promote best practices.
• Build strong client relationships and identify additional value opportunities.
