Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to support corporate real estate and capital improvement projects in the Greater Fayetteville area. You will act as a trusted owner’s representative, leading complex initiatives from planning through completion to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of project management experience in related fields, with strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in commercial real estate, corporate occupier, construction, owner's representative, or consulting environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex capital improvement, workplace, renovation, infrastructure, or facility‑related projects and programs.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and consultant management.
• Experience presenting project updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, client management, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• PM/CCM or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead multiple concurrent capital projects and programs, including renovations, workplace, infrastructure, and facility improvement initiatives.
• Manage complex projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Lead project planning efforts including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, procurement strategies, and execution.
• Coordinate and manage architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, forecasts, risk registers, and executive‑level reporting.
• Monitor project performance and mitigate risks affecting cost, schedule, quality or business continuity.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate status, risks, milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
• Review consultant/contractor deliverables, contracts, proposals, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Lead governance and change management processes with appropriate approvals and decisions.
• Support strategic capital planning and provide recommendations on prioritization and resource allocation.
• Mentor and guide Project Managers and team members, promoting best practices.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for value.
