Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5 years nonprofit or human services project management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate group processes and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage high-impact partners to meet program goals.
• Lead and support sub-contractors and partners across sectors in program implementation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key organizations and service providers.
• Manage special projects as needed.
• Collaborate with housing management to address site-specific housing stability goals.
• Foster partnerships to boost neighborhood economic development.
• Develop and implement a neighborhood revitalization plan to support residents and enhance economic mobility.
• Develop and implement an Annual Plan aligned with program goals and vision.
• Track and report outcomes, evaluating programs to meet objectives.
• Monitor data in LEARN Performance Management System to document progress.
• Facilitate community building, leadership training, and capacity-building activities.
• Support sustainability planning, fundraising, and resource development.
• Manage project contracts and budgets and report expenditures to Director of Finance.
• Develop and present internal and external reports.
• Participate in Urban Strategies program meetings and project-related meetings.
• Occasionally work nights and/or weekends; travel as needed.
