Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager for High End Commercial Interiors in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on delivering consulting services to a prestigious financial and professional services client account, driving scope, budget, and schedule with senior stakeholder visibility.

You will manage design, construction, occupancy, and closeout phases while interfacing with clients, preparing scopes of work, cost estimates, and milestones.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8–12 years of relevant experience; exceptions consider experience/education.
• LEED AP, PMP and/or CCM designations preferred.
• IT construction experience in network setup/design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless, AV, security.
• Read architectural drawings and understand leases, contracts, and construction practices.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project management for commercial real estate projects from planning to closeout.
• Interface with clients to define scope, budget, schedule, and risk; prepare deliverables.
• Define resources, conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and recommend staffing.
• Develop charters and integrated timelines; keep functions on schedule and escalate issues.
• Lead regular project status meetings and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Mentor team members and promote CBRE RISE values in leadership and delivery.
