Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Commercial Class A Interiors in Chicago, reporting to the client offices a minimum of three days per week. The role requires coordinating design, construction, occupancy and closeout for high-profile financial and professional services clients.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (8–12 years), LEED AP/PMP/CCM preferred, and IT/telecom experience. On-site presence is required; compensation is USD 150,000–155,000 yearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• IT construction experience in network setup/design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless, AV, security access and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Interface with clients to prepare scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets and schedules.
• Conduct RFPs, bid evaluations and resource recommendations for clients.
• Facilitate charter development and integrated timelines to keep projects on schedule.
