Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Atlanta is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex programs for a high-profile commercial client from inception through turnover. You will coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams, manage budgets and schedules, and report on progress to stakeholders onsite.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with at least five years of related experience, experience with high-end interiors, and strong client-facing, procurement, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience with high-rise, high-end interior projects and demanding clients is strongly desired.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects in varying stages simultaneously.
• Prior experience working with high-end and demanding clients is helpful.
• Commercial interior renovations project and/or construction management experience is preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information with a willingness to take a new perspective.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of project strategic plans and program initiatives.
• Guide design, engineering and construction teams through planning, design, preconstruction and construction.
• Initiate and lead procurement of design, construction and consultant services.
• Serve as liaison between client and design/construction professionals.
• Oversee and review architectural and engineering drawings and bid documents.
• Lead value engineering sessions to reduce cost.
• Develop, monitor and update the master project budget and schedule.
• Provide analysis of budgets and schedules and their impact on objectives.
