Job summary

LHH US is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Triad region of North Carolina. The role leads large-scale commercial and institutional construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

Applicants should have 15+ years of PM experience on projects valued at $10M+, a relevant degree (preferred), and travel as needed. Excellent leadership, budgeting, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing projects with values of $10 million or greater.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, or related discipline preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Proven ability to lead large project teams and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Lead projects through all phases: preconstruction, execution, closeout, and warranty.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, permits, and change orders.
