Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing projects valued at $10M+.
• Strong background with budgets, schedules, forecasting, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong client-facing and leadership skills.
• Experience mentoring Project Managers, APMs, and field teams.
• Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and construction management software experience preferred.
