Job summary

Allegiance Group seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of major commercial construction projects in the Southeast, with a strong emphasis on delivering ground-up, renovation or interior work. This is a senior role with direct responsibility for budgets, schedules and stakeholder coordination.

You’ll lead project teams from preconstruction through closeout, collaborating with owners, architects and critical stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven track record delivering ground-up, renovation or interior projects.

Responsibilities

• Leading project teams and owning project outcomes.
• Managing budgets and schedules from preconstruction through closeout.

This is a business with almost 40 years of experience and a strong pipeline across the Southeast, delivering projects across:

Light Industrial

You’ll have genuine responsibility from preconstruction through closeout — leading project teams, managing budgets and schedules, overseeing subcontractors and working directly with owners, architects and key stakeholders.
