Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, ground-up commercial construction projects with values of $30 million and above. This individual will have full project ownership from preconstruction through closeout and will be responsible for maintaining control of project cost, schedule, quality, safety, contracts, and client relationships.

The ideal candidate is a proven construction leader with experience managing large-scale commercial projects and the ability to coordinate owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams while driving the project toward successful completion.
