Bryan Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from pre-con to closeout. You will manage budgets, scheduling, contracting, and client relationships to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget project delivery. The PM will mentor junior staff and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project success.

The role requires strong knowledge of drawings, specs, AIA contracts, and permitting, plus experience with BIM and RFI processes. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a Project Manager or equivalent GC work experience.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
• Experience partnering with subcontractors and reading submittals/contract docs.
• Leadership or mentoring experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage project teams including PAs and engineers.
• Oversee project budgeting, cost codes, and cost-to-complete tracking.
• Coordinate drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Lead project meetings (OAC, kick-off, internal) and ensure safety compliance.
• Ensure closeout, warranty, and final payment processes are completed.
• Manage BIM coordination and subcontractor coordination for clash reports.
