Job summary

Graham Personnel Services seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee commercial and institutional construction projects valued at $10 million or more. You will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have extensive PM experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project, driving project success and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing projects valued at $10 million or more.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout and warranty.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and permits.
• Negotiate subcontract agreements and monitor procurement.
• Manage project financial performance and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, building codes, OSHA, and company safety policies.
• Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships.
• Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field staff.
• Prepare executive project reports and oversee project closeout documentation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to visit active construction sites.
• Ability to walk uneven terrain, climb stairs/ladders, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.

Compensation

Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000 annually (commensurate with experience). Performance bonuses and profit sharing may be available.
