General Contractor in Lewes, DE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Significant experience managing ground-up and/or interior commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control.
• Experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.

Responsibilities
