Job summary

AUREATE is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating architects, engineers, and vendors; overseeing bid analysis, change orders, and contract administration; and ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Proven experience managing commercial projects valued from $1M–$50M+.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, P6, Autodesk, Bluebeam).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Job description

  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
