Job summary

SSR, a leading engineering design and consulting firm, seeks a Project Manager I in Memphis, TN. This role focuses on planning and delivering low-to-medium scope projects, managing budgets, coordinating teams, and serving as the main client contact to ensure Total Project Success.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, tracking milestones, controlling costs within budget variance, leading kickoff meetings, and maintaining project documentation and QA/QC procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Four years of project-related experience or equivalent.
• PE licensure preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Defines project scope with clients and stakeholders.
• Develops and maintains project plans and budgets.
• Leads kickoff meetings and coordinates multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitors schedule, man-hours, and quality control.
• Manages client communications and invoicing processes.
