Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Project Manager / Civil Engineer to join our Tucson, AZ office. You will manage and design civil engineering/land development projects across a range of sectors, with a potential hybrid work from home schedule once established.

Responsibilities include leading scope, schedule, budget, and client relations; coordinating with multiple disciplines; preparing proposals; and reviewing technical reports. The role requires a PE and 10+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of project management and civil engineering/land development experience.
• Registered Arizona Professional Engineer or reciprocal eligibility.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide design and help manage a variety of civil engineering projects (public and private).
• Collaborate with other engineering departments within Ardurra.
• Assist with client interface, budgets, and schedules; deliver on time and on budget.
• Assist with preparing project proposals, scope/fees, and RFP responses.
• Plan, organize, and supervise design activities for complex civil projects.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subconsultants, and permit agencies.
• Prepare and review technical engineering reports and calculations.
• Facilitate construction administration with the project team and address RFIs.
