Ardurra is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer to join our Municipal group in Prescott and Flagstaff, AZ as Project Manager. You will lead land development projects, from parks to drainage systems, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes on-time, on-budget delivery, client relationship management, and preparing proposals and scopes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of civil engineering and project management experience.
• Arizona PE license or ability to obtain via reciprocity.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Office and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering and project management for land development projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships.
• Oversee budgets, schedules and on-time delivery.
• Prepare proposals, scopes, and RFP responses.
• Support construction administration and shop drawings review.
