Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, scopes, fees, and respond to RFPs.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Review technical reports, calculations, and participate in construction administration.
• Interface with clients, subconsultants, and permitting agencies.
